I ate at the Chipolte in Lake Mary, Florida. I had a coupon for a free burrito, so I decided I better utilize it. I had a chicken burrito with black beans, rice, grilled peppers & onions, corn, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. It was good for a fast food restaurant formerly owned by Mcdonalds...

Subway & Beans...
I ate a turkey sandwich from the Subway Restaurant on Weldon Blvd. in Sanford, Florida. Besides from turkey, it was topped with provolone cheese, lettuce, cucumber, onion, pickles, olives, banana peppers, mayo, mustard, and oil & vinegar. You got to get your money's worth with the toppings!
Later on, I ate some home-grown Yard-Long Asparagus beans and Nickel beans, cooked with red bell peppers and lots of garlic, all topped with a ginger sauce...

Fazoli's Pizza Pasta Sampler
I ate a Pizza Pasta Sampler from the Fazoli's Italian fast food restaurant in Altamonte Springs, Florida. It came with spaghetti with marinara sauce, Fettuccine Alfredo, and a slice of pepperoni pizza. I'm not a big fan of tomato based sauces, but the marinara was edible. The fettuccine was good, but the slice of pizza reminded me a bit too much of high school cafeteria pizza. That's not necessarily a good thing in my opinion. For $2.99 though, you can't complain too much...

Pulled Pork Sandwich from Cruisin Cafe
I ate at the Cruisin Cafe in Daytona Beach, Florida. I was originally going to eat at a Bubba Gumps, then a diner, and then somehow I ended up here. In this restaurant, you get to sit in booths shaped like NASCAR racecars while you get to see cars race on the TVs above every table. I suppose if you are a NASCAR fan, this is a big deal. It was not for me.
I ate a pulled pork sandwich served with sweet potato fries and a pickle. I've had much better sandwiches elsewhere...

Key Biscayne Cuban Food...
I ate at the Lighthouse Cafe in the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park on Key Biscayne south of Miami. The restaurant specialized in Cuban food. I ordered a grilled snapper sandwich, served with fries. I traded half of my sandwich to try half of a Cuban sandwich since it was a Cuban restaurant. My snapper was very tasty. The Cuban sandwich tasted okay, but the pork was very fatty. So much that you had to spit parts out...
The restaurant looked like they specialized in the much more expensive seafood meals rather than sandwiches. They were serving things like entire fish that were cut into designs and fried. Take a look at the seafood case. Whole fish and Florida Lobsters...
The restaurant had a nice view of the Cape Florida Lighthouse and the Atlantic...
Lobster Tortellini & Ketchup Revelations
I ate at a Fridays in Boca Raton, Florida today. I ordered and ate Lobster Tortellini for my meal. I'm not a big fan of lobster, but it sounded good and looked even better in the picture on the menu. The tortellini pasta itself was very tasty, filled with cheese and lobster bits. It was the chunks of lobster meat that were mixed in along the pasta that I didn't like as much...
I also had a revelation about ketchup given in restaurants today. While in Fridays, I realized that Heinz ketchup no longer comes in the clear glass bottles in restaurants where the ketchup would always get stuck. Instead, it's now always given in these plastic bottles that are painted ketchup red so it always looks like the bottles are filled...
Weird. I just noticed that...

Fuji Sushi
I ate at Fuji Sushi in Lake Mary, Florida. I ordered a Black Widow Roll and miso soup. They gave a bean sprout appetizer, followed by the soup, followed by the roll. The roll was filled with soft shell crab, flying fish eggs, eel sauce, and scallions. It was tasty and presented nicely, but the roll was a bit boring and didn't have enough variety in it. Still good regardless...
IKEA Meatballs
I ate at the restaurant in the IKEA in Orlando, Florida. IKEA has the best food out of any eating area in any store. Where else can you get Swedish food in the same place that you can buy a couch?
After looking at the pre-made food in the cases for a while, like this Gravad Lax (next time) and all of the desserts, I ended up sharing a plate of Swedish Meatballs, served with mashed potatoes and some lingonberry jam.
The meatballs were okay, but it was the gravy on top that made them worth eating. I wouldn't think that parsley and lingonberries makes a good combination though.

Specialty Pizza
I ate pizza from Specialty Pizza in Altamonte Springs, Florida. The pizza wasn't anything too great, but it was acceptable. I've had pizzas that have been much worse than this pizza, but I've also had countless better pizzas. Specialty Pizza must be owned by former Papa Johns employees or something. They seem to follow the same formula with very similar tasting pizzas, the same store setup, and even the same fake garlic sauce that comes in the pizza box...

Dallis Eggplant Sub
I had an Eggplant Parmigiana sub from Dallis Pizza in Lake Mary, Florida. It was good. The eggplant didn't have stringy skin like it sometimes does. The bread could have been a bit less mushy though...
Chop Shop Restaurant
I ate at the Chop Shop Restaurant in Deltona Florida today. It is new. It smelled like fresh paint which doesn't mix with food too well. The food was good though. I ate blackened mahi mahi. It came with two sides, and I choose corn and mashed potatoes. The corn wasn't on the cob, but it still tasted like corn.
Unless they get a better sign than what they have, I don't think they will stay in business very long. There were people eating there, but I think that's because they left fliers at peoples houses all over Deltona...

Garibaldi Mexican Restaurant
I had dinner at Garibaldi Mexican Restaurant in Apopka, Florida. They are the best Mexican Restaurant that I have eaten at in the Central Florida area.
My meal started with some chips and salsa...
And for the main course I had Enchiladas Verdes. It was chicken enchiladas topped with Salsa Verde. It came with rice, guacamole, lettuce, and some other good stuff.
It was very tasty!
