I ate lunch at Bubbalou's Bodacious Barbecue in Altamonte Springs, FL. I had a pulled pork basked, which consisted of a pulled pork sandwich and two sides. For the sides, I picked collard greens and baked beans. Everything was tasty, although the collard greens were really bitter. The sandwich had enough flavor that barbecue sauce wasn't necessary, which isn't always the case for pulled pork.
