Patsio's Diner in Casselberry, FL

I ate at this Greek diner called Patsio's in Casselberry. Being that Greek diners are rare to almost non-existent in Central Florida, I was interested to see how their food was...

I ordered the Chicken Soulvlakia Sandwich which was really tasty. The chicken had great flavor, wrapped in a pita with peppers and onions. The sandwich was served with a pickle, fries, and a side of tzatziki. I'd gladly get this again...

the chicken in your Chicken Soulvlakia is pre-cooked and marinated then frozen and then warmed up and the onions were sitting in a 5 gallon bucket that rarely gets rotated

i worked there too, the fact is it is true. they have some of the worst sanitation practices i have ever saw. i DARE you to ask to look around the back and tell me what you think then. keep note of the rotting hole under the sink and the raw food stacked over the ready to eat in the walk-in. you think i am lying look for yourself. normal kitchens don't have that much greese on the ceiling. that much dirt on the floor. i remember making my employee meal and eating spoiled chicken... in fact it would have been the same chicken that would have been used in the silvakia.

honestly just look around. you wont return.

It is SO true. I worked there, but quit because the woman that was bossing everyone around was one weird, mean, JEALOUS and neurotic bitch...soaking ketchup lids in club soda to clean them. Refilling old ketchup bottles out of a wall-mounted bag of ketchup...nasty walk-in, ew.
